For those struggling with anxiety, understanding its triggers and how to cope with them can be challenging, often intensifying the negative thoughts and feelings they provoke.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Putting a spotlight on your unique struggles with anxiety illuminates the best way you can work through them. CBT is used to assist you in identifying triggers, reframing negative thoughts surrounding your anxiety, and working together to find coping skills that you find most effective.

Play Therapy

When working with children Play Therapy is used to help them feel comfortable discussing things that may feel scary to them. I create an environment where children can feel safe discussing the symptoms and triggers of their anxiety while finding friendly and effective coping skills that they can use at home and in school.
